Painting a House Portrait | A Watercolour and Pen Project

Painting buildings and houses is fun and can be a great way to get started with painting in watercolour. It’s all about breaking down buildings into simple shapes. In this project I use a photo of an Edinburgh house to demonstrate my process. This can be a wonderful project for someone you love who has bought their first new home, or you could use it to illustrate a meaningful location like a wedding venue.
